Through this one day, (6 hour) program created specifically for dealership parts, sales, service, and other customer-facing areas of the dealership, we will demonstrate how to provide exceptional customer service and generate greater sales with proven methods that are practical and effective.
This course is designed to introduce the comprehensive elements of the customer service culture. Transformational customer service has three elements:
1) Customer service begins with the employees’ attitudes
2) Managing the key-moments-of truth
3) Customer service management systems

COVID-19 Notification: All public and onsite courses will be produced in accordance with state/provincial-mandated social distancing and health guidelines. Courses will be hosted in an oversized room with students seated 6 feet apart. Instead of a buffet lunch, students will receive a boxed lunch. Masks are suggested but not required unless mandated by the host property.

A registration fee is required for EACH PERSON who attends. REGISTRATION POLICY: If you find you cannot attend the training after sending your paid registration, notify us by November 19, 2020, and your fees will be refunded in full. Then, a $50 cancellation fee will apply until November 26, 2020. After that, no refunds will be issued for cancellation. You may substitute without penalty.
