The PSL course provides management personnel the developmental training necessary to improve leadership effectiveness, improve employee satisfaction and productivity and increase profitability. It is a curriculum-based learning path, delivered through three, 2-day modules. Each module is delivered by a subject matter expert and have post-module activities between them. The post module activities enhance the learning process and solidify the concepts for real-world application and installation at the student’s dealership.

What is the PSL Course?
The PSL course is designed to improve leadership and organizational efficiency within a dealership by teaching leaders how to lead effectively.

Who should attend a PSL course?
Recommended attendees are Executive level staff, mid-level managers, and any other key leaders in an organization. This includes: Dealer Principle, CEO, CFO, HR Manager, Corporate Managers, Branch/Location Managers, Service Managers, Parts Managers, Aftermarket Managers, Sales Managers, or any other key personnel being groomed for leadership.

How long is the PSL course?
The PSL course consists of three, two-day modules and follows the following format: Day one from 8:00AM to 5:00PM and day two from 8:00AM to 12:00PM. Each module is held approximately 60 days apart.

What is the expected result of the PSL course?
The expected result of the PSL course is to develop leaders who are able to lead people effectively thereby producing a more productive culture, a more efficient work force, and more profitable organization. This course will balance out the people side of an organization to the technical side.What will dealers use to track the progression of their participants
What will dealers use to track the progression of their participants through the course?
We developed an accountability tool called a PIP or Personal Improvement Plan, which will be used throughout each module of every course to ensure consistency for participants and their supervisors. The PIP is a living document that grows with each
participant as they move through the course, creating a clear path to
success.
