The curriculum is delivered over 5 months through three two-day sessions. Each session covers two modules, giving your team practical tools they can apply immediately. Topics include leadership development, financial management, service management, parts management, wholegoods management, and dealership brand marketing.

Recommended for dealer principals, branch managers, sales managers, service managers, parts managers, and anyone moving toward key leadership roles.

This in-person training will be held in Indianapolis, Indiana. Please do not book any travel until instructed by Dealer Institute.

A registration fee is required for EACH PERSON who attends. REGISTRATION POLICY: If you find you cannot attend the training after sending your paid registration, notify us 10 days in advance, and your fees will be refunded in full. Then, a $50 cancellation fee will apply until 2 days before the course. After that, no refunds will be issued for cancellation. You may substitute without penalty.
