WHO DOES HR TURN TO?
Everyone turns to HR when something goes wrong.

HR carries the dealership’s people, culture, compliance, and risk—often without a proven playbook, trusted peers, or a true seat at the table.
Iron HR was built for you.
Iron HR is a confidential, ongoing professional peer group for the people responsible for HR within equipment dealerships led by an industry expert who has sat in your chair. Each group brings together approximately 12–15 HR professionals who understand the pressure, resistance, and responsibility that come with the job.

BUILT FOR THE REALITIES OF YOUR JOB
Not generic HR theory. Real dealership challenges, real action, and people who understand.

Iron HR is not a class, one-time training course, or short-term networking group. It is an ongoing professional circle where dealership HR professionals build trusted relationships, work through actual challenges together, and stay accountable throughout the year.
Members gain:

  • Trusted peers who understand the equipment dealership environment
  • Personalized Dealership HR Action Plans
  • Long-term support and accountability
  • Honest, confidential discussion about real workplace challenges
  • Experienced dealership HR leadership

You are not the outsider here. You are the reason the room exists.

WHO SHOULD JOIN?
Iron HR is designed for HR leaders and anyone directly responsible for guiding HR within an equipment dealership.

Participation is based more on a person’s responsibilities than their specific job title. That may include HR professionals as well as owners, general managers, controllers, office managers, or others who are directly responsible for leading HR within their dealership.

STRONGER HR BUILDS A STRONGER DEALERSHIP.
ARE YOU READY TO STOP GOING IT ALONE?
Join a confidential group of dealership HR professionals who understand the work, the pressure, and the responsibility that come with your role.

Build trusted relationships. Work through real challenges. Develop a plan. Stay accountable. And create measurable improvement inside your dealership.

Program Objectives

Iron HR exists to strengthen dealership HR leadership and help members turn everyday HR challenges into meaningful, measurable improvements inside their dealerships.

1. Solve Real Dealership HR Challenges
Group discussions center on the issues dealership HR professionals face every day, including people, culture, compliance, risk, policies, employee handbooks, payroll, benefits, health insurance, and other workplace challenges.
The goal is not simply to talk about HR. Members work toward practical solutions they can take back and apply in their own dealerships.

2. Create an Individualized HR Action Plan
Every member establishes priorities based on the specific needs of their dealership.
Their personalized Dealership HR Action Plan drives action, measures progress, and maintains accountability throughout the year. Members do not all work on the same project—the plan is based on what will make the greatest impact at each individual dealership.

3. Build Long-Term Peer Support
HR can be an isolated role. Iron HR creates a confidential environment where members can openly discuss challenges with people who understand their responsibilities.
Over time, members develop a trusted network of dealership HR professionals they can learn from, challenge, and support.

4. Drive Measurable Dealership Improvement
Iron HR is designed to move beyond discussion and into action.
Members establish priorities, track progress, and remain accountable throughout the year with the goal of creating meaningful, measurable improvements at their dealerships and keeping return on investment at the center of the group’s work.

Built Specifically for Equipment Dealership HR
This is not a general HR networking group. Iron HR was created specifically for the people responsible for HR within equipment dealerships.
That shared industry experience allows conversations to go deeper because members understand the unique people, operational, and cultural challenges dealerships face.

Confidential by Design
Confidentiality is a central part of Iron HR.
Members need a place where they can have honest conversations about actual workplace situations, difficult decisions, and sensitive HR challenges without feeling like they have to filter the realities of their job.

Personalized Action Plans
There is no one-size-fits-all HR project.
Each member develops priorities around their own dealership’s needs and uses their action plan to turn discussion into measurable progress throughout the year.

Experienced Dealership HR Leadership
Iron HR is facilitated by a senior HR executive with more than 20 years of experience in HR, leadership development, and business training—including experience as VP of Human Capital for a major agricultural equipment dealership organization.

Designed for connection, accountability, and year-round progress.
The annual structure includes two in-person meetings, one private virtual meeting, and monthly virtual group sessions.

12–15 HR Leaders Per Group
Groups are intentionally kept to approximately 12–15 members, creating enough diversity for strong peer discussion while remaining small enough for meaningful participation.

Two In-Person Meetings
Members come together twice each year for focused discussion, problem solving, collaboration, and action-plan work.
Meeting dates and locations are determined after the group is formed based on group availability.

Monthly Virtual Group Sessions
Between in-person meetings, members stay connected through monthly virtual group sessions.
These sessions help maintain momentum, provide opportunities to discuss developing HR challenges, and keep members accountable to the work taking place throughout the year.

One Private Virtual Meeting
Each member also has an opportunity to meet one-on-one with the facilitator.
This private conversation gives members the opportunity to review their action plan and work through detailed, dealership-specific HR situations or concerns that may not be appropriate for the full group setting.
